Good conduct certificate requests requiring embassy fingerprinting and processing through the Sudanese Ministry of Interior.
Required documents
- Personal attendance by appointment.
- Two passport-size photos.
- Passport used in Sudan.
- Occupation when the applicant was in Sudan.
- Prepaid return envelope with full address.

- Bank transfer to the consular services account (bank fees are paid by the applicant).
- Australia Post Money Order made out to the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan (postal fees are paid by the applicant).

How to apply
Personal attendance: RequiredPersonal attendance by appointment is required for fingerprinting.
- Book an appointment by email or phone before attending.
- Pay the fee and keep the payment receipt.
- Attend the Embassy with all documents. The Embassy takes your fingerprints on the certificate and sends the application to the Sudanese Ministry of Interior.

Document collection / return
- Collect your documents in person from the Embassy, or
- Include a prepaid return envelope with your full address and the Embassy will post your documents back. A tracked envelope is recommended.
Important notes
- The embassy takes fingerprints on the certificate before sending documents to Sudan.
- Processing time: Depends on processing by the Sudanese Ministry of Interior
