Confirmation of Sudanese driving licence validity for authorities in Australia and New Zealand.
Required documents
- Letter requesting confirmation of the driving licence validity.
- Copy of Sudanese driving licence.
- Licence data certificate from the General Directorate of Traffic, Technical Affairs Department in Sudan.
- Copy of residence permit.
- Copy of passport.

- Confirmation of Driver License
- Sudanese: $150 AUD. Non-Sudanese: $200 AUD.

How to apply
Personal attendance: Not requiredApply in person by appointment or by post.
- Prepare all required documents. Incomplete applications will be rejected, so send everything together at once.
- Pay the fee and keep the payment receipt.
- Submit in person after booking an appointment by email or phone, or send all documents together by post to the Embassy address.

Document collection / return
- Collect your documents in person from the Embassy, or
- Include a prepaid return envelope with your full address and the Embassy will post your documents back. A tracked envelope is recommended.
